📦 Returns & Damages

  • Inspect Your Package
  1. Check your package immediately upon arrival.
  2. If you notice any damage, do not sign for or open it.
  3. Contact Haovix Customer Service right away.
  4. Record a full unboxing video and verify items against the packing list.
  5. If anything is damaged or missing, reach out to us within 24 hours.

⚠️ Exceptions

          Haovix is not liable for delivery delays or failures due to:

  • 📝 Actions of the recipient, such as changing the address after dispatch, providing incorrect or unknown addresses, or refusing delivery.
  • 🌐 Customs clearance delays, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • 🌪️ Force majeure events, including natural disasters, government actions, war, or transportation disruptions.
  • 📅 Deliveries not made on weekends, national holidays, or during holiday periods.
