📦 Returns & Damages
- Inspect Your Package
- Check your package immediately upon arrival.
- If you notice any damage, do not sign for or open it.
- Contact Haovix Customer Service right away.
- Record a full unboxing video and verify items against the packing list.
- If anything is damaged or missing, reach out to us within 24 hours.
⚠️ Exceptions
Haovix is not liable for delivery delays or failures due to:
- 📝 Actions of the recipient, such as changing the address after dispatch, providing incorrect or unknown addresses, or refusing delivery.
- 🌐 Customs clearance delays, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- 🌪️ Force majeure events, including natural disasters, government actions, war, or transportation disruptions.
- 📅 Deliveries not made on weekends, national holidays, or during holiday periods.
