📅 Return Window
- 🕒 Order Age: Returns/exchanges not accepted for orders older than 1 month.
- ✏️ Unshipped Orders: Cancel within 1–2 business days before shipping.
- 📦 Shipped Orders: Returns/exchanges accepted within 30 days of receipt.
📦 Return Conditions
- ✅ Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Receipt/proof required.
- 🛠️ Custom products already in production and without quality issues are not eligible for return/refund.
- 🔍 All returns inspected by our Quality Assurance team before processing.
🔄 Return & Exchange Policy
- 💰 Customers cover return shipping and depreciation unless defective/damaged.
- ⚙️ Auto parts may incur significant return shipping/restocking costs for non-quality issues.
- ⚠️ Minor wear from installation/handling may result in partial refunds.
💵 Refund Process
- Refunds processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.
- ⏳ Timing may vary based on bank processing.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
- 📌 Quality issues: Haovix covers return shipping & customs duties.
- ⚠️ Non-quality issues: Customer responsible. Shipping costs non-refundable. Fees deducted from refunds.
🧾 Restocking & Processing Fees
- 🚚 Free Shipping Orders: 25% restocking fee.
- 🛠️Installed Products: 30% restocking fee & product depreciation.
- 💰 Paid Shipping Orders: 10% restocking fee.
- ✏️ Unshipped Orders (Canceled): 5% credit card processing fee deducted.
(⚠️Customized Products in Production: 10% credit card processing fee + production costs )
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Some items cannot be returned due to their nature. (such as custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items) & Gift Cards.)
- Exceptions apply if item is damaged/defective—contact support immediately.
⚠️ Special Return Policy for Custom Products
- 🛠️ Custom items (e.g., custom steering wheels/seat covers..etc.) are not eligible for return/exchange.
- ✔️ Refunds/exchanges only allowed if defective/damaged upon arrival.
- 📖 Detailed product info provided before purchase to aid decision-making.
